What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on healing practice that brings balance, calm, and healing to your whole being — body, mind, and heart.

The word Reiki comes from Japanese:
Rei means universal or spiritual,
Ki means life energy — the same energy that flows through all living things.

When your energy is balanced, you naturally feel calmer, more focused, and more connected to yourself. Reiki supports this by gently releasing tension and encouraging your body’s natural ability to restore itself. It’s a safe, non-invasive practice that’s suitable for everyone — including children, older adults, and even pets.

Reiki can also be used alongside medical treatments, offering extra support for recovery, rest, and emotional well-being.

What to Expect in a Session

We begin with a short chat to understand how you're feeling. Then you’ll lie down fully clothed and simply rest. I’ll gently place or hover my hands over your body. Some people feel warmth, tingling, or just a deep sense of calm. Others feel emotions surface or insights arise. You don’t have to do anything — just relax and let your body receive what it needs. We end the session with a short reflection.
Distance & Animal Reiki

When in-person sessions aren’t possible, Distant Reiki works just as beautifully — Reiki energy flows beyond space and time. You can receive it at home, at rest, just as you are. Animals also benefit deeply from Reiki. Sessions are done remotely, allowing your pet to stay calm in their familiar space. It gently supports their health, happiness, and emotional balance.
